Why is it necessary to adopt bird control methods?

There is an incredibly huge population of birds all over the world. Though their presence is not a problem, they do cause potential harm to the physical structures and to the human beings.

Birds spoil expensive buildings and pavements with their excrement which has got a toxic composition. It stains the stones and marbles that are used therein and results in slow, yet potential damage of the architectural features.
As well as causing aesthetic damage, the birds are a threat in terms of physical well being too. Birds are the carriers of various bacteria and infections that have known to cause serious diseases to human beings. Their eggs and food extracts contain harmful bacteria. In addition, birds pick and scatter human trash, causing further contamination and air-borne diseases.

One can not overlook the odour that exudes from an area infested with the bird droppings. No wonder, residential and commercial building owners all over the world adopt bird control methods to get rid off these unwanted pests and to protect themselves and their hundreds and thousands of dollars of properties.
